Apple & Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients:
Crumble:
  • 100g Organic Raw Coconut Oil
  • 75g Brown Soft Sugar
  • 100g Oats
  • 100g Ground Almonds
Filling:
  • 1.5 kilo peeled and chopped cooking apples
  • 2-3 cups of fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190C.
Grind half the oats to a flour.
Add the remaining crumble ingredients and mix with your hands to form crumbs.
Place the filling ingredients inside a baking dish (greased with coconut oil).
Cover with the crumble mixture.
Bake for 40-60 minutes until golden..
