Recipe Ashwagandha Adrenal Support Smoothie
Ingredients:

250 ml of almond milk (or any other nut milk)Ashwagandha Powder
1 frozen banana
1 tsp. Ashwagandha powder (Try Superfoodies)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 dates
1 tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 tbsp. peanut butter or a small handful of nuts

Method:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and let the calm begin.
