Low Carb Almond Shortbread

Ingredients

150g Sukrin Almond Flour
100g melted butter or margarine
40g Sukrin Gold

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas Mark 4
  • Simply combine all ingredients, roll into a sausage shape and cut into 1.5cm slices.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
