Pina Colada with a Twist

Pina Colada
  • 2 measures of Tiana Coconut Cream
  • Cracked ice
  • 1 measure of white rum
  • 2 measures of pineapple juice

To decorate:

  • Strawberry slice
  • Mango slice
  • Pineapple slice

To prepare the coconut cream simply warm coconut cream by standing it in hot water for up to 10 minutes.

Once the content becomes a thick semi liquid then stir thoroughly.

Dilute it with water, using 1 part of coconut cream with 2 parts of water.

Mix and chill.

Put some cracked ice, the rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake lightly to mix.

Strain into a large glass and decorate with the slices of strawberry, mango and pineapple.
