Turmeric Gold Lemonade

turmeric gold lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 4 bags Pukka Herbs’ Turmeric Gold tea
  • 1 litre freshly boiled water
  • 4 organic lemons
  • 3 organic blood oranges
  • Sweetener: organic maple syrup, coconut sugar or honey to taste
  • Ice to serve

Method:

Brew 4 bags of Pukka Herbs’ Turmeric Gold tea in 1 litre freshly boiled water. Cover and leave to cool

After 15 minutes, remove the tea bags and place in the fridge overnight

In the morning, take the cold brew out of the fridge and pour into a pitcher

Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons and 2 blood oranges into the pitcher

Add preferred sweetener to taste and stir well

Garnish with slices of the remaining lemon and blood orange

Serve chilled over ice
