Directions:
As a food supplement for adults, five (5) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
Ingredients:
Calcium (as citrate), Magnesium (as oxide, citrate), Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, Cellulose Gum, Colour: titanium dioxide.
