Suggested Use
Use only as directed. While following the online guide, adults and children ages 12 and older, dissolve 1-2 tablets under tongue 3 times daily. If experiencing anxious, “panicky feelings”, safely take 1-2 tablets every 20-30 minutes until symptoms improve. Children 2-12 years of age, dissolve 1 tablet 3 times daily, or as directed by your health professional. For best results, do not eat 10 minutes before and after dosage.
